The Panamerican Championships are an annual event that run on a four year cycle leading up to the Pan Am Games. The event consists of an individual men's and women's draw followed by men's and women's team events. Traditionally, Canada has done very well at both the Panamerican Championships and the Pan Am Games. The 2007 Panam Games saw Canada win medals in men's and women's individual draw as well as men's and women's team event. The 2008 Panamerican Championships results in men's and women's individual medals and 5th place finishes for both men and women in the team event. The next Pan Am Games are scheduled for 2011 in Mexico.
Squash Canada provides a high performance system for athletes, coaches and officials, and sets standards for squash in Canada.
Squash Canada selects and develops Canadian teams, coaches and officials for international competition.
